Not many years back,nature inspired the likes of Frost and Wordsworth to compose eternal ballads.And today that very nature clings for its dear life.Its beauty,which never escaped a second glance,now wrinkled by the barren lands;the colours fading from its canvas,gurgling streams lost somewhere within those city walls..the sounds of the honking vehicles now silencing the music of the rustling leaves and the singing cuckoos.Such are the deeds of man that today nature has to retaliate with destruction,quench our throats who dried her rivers and hunger us who axed her bountiful greens.We,at INCANDESCENCE' 11,believe that nature has given us a second chance.We still have time to create a better and safer world..all we need to do is to 'go green'.
The theme of INCANDESCENCE' 11 is not just a message but an endeavour to protect nature,to touch even a small part of our lives with 'go green'.

1) Balakalaakar -- The world's largest student organization AIESEC and NIT Silchar join hands to make a difference AIESEC IIT Delhi/NIT Silchar are conducting are special art competition for underprivileged children.
2) Blood Camp -- A blood camp will also be conducted under this initiative with AIESEC.
3) Anti AIDS Awareness Campaign -- We will also conduct an anti-AIDS awareness campaign in association with AIESEC. Moreover red-ribbons will be given to everyone who visits the fest especially to the metalheads of Thundermarch. We believe music binds youth and makes them stand up for a noble cause.
4) Campus Lights Off -- A 15mins lights off in the campus as a measure to save energy and reaffirm our commitment towards a clean and safe world.
